Accounts Receivable/ Cash Application Specialist (Temp)Location: Irvine (In Office)$25/hr - $35/hrOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Specialist to support our finance team in managing collections, cash application, and AR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems such as Sage 300 and NetSuite, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities, especially in customer-facing interactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationPerform accurate and timely cash application to customer accounts within our ERP systems (Sage 300 and NetSuite)Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone to follow up on outstanding balancesMaintain and reconcile AR aging reports, ensuring timely resolution of discrepanciesWork closely with internal teams including Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issuesMonitor customer account status and escalate collection issues as necessaryUtilize Excel to analyze AR data and prepare reports as neededQualifications:2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Cash ApplicationsHands-on experience with Sage 300 and NetSuite ERP systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis)Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be polished and professional in customer interactionsAbility to manage a low-volume portfolio (approximately 140 accounts) with attention to detail and follow-throughSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skillsPreferred:Experience in a B2B collections environmentKnowledge of general accounting principlesPerks:Dental, Vision, Medical, 401(k)Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
