Beacon Hill is working with a local company who is in search of an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day accounts payable functions. This role involves processing invoices, assisting with vendor communications, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting team as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices in a timely manner
• Assist with payment processing and account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed
• Support general accounting and administrative tasks
