Our client, located in Parsippany, NJ, is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team.
Hybrid - 3 days in office
$90k-$115k plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end invoice processing, coding accuracy, and timely payment runs (ACH, wire, check, or virtual cards).
- Manage vendor onboarding.
- Experience with Ramp/NetSuite Software preferred, not required.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment or purchase-order exceptions.
- Maintain internal controls to mitigate fraud, duplicate payments, and stale-dated checks.
- Coordination of month end/year end invoice accrual process, year-end audit support and preparation of various month or year-end journal entries.
- Administer corporate travel and employee expense reimbursement policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including AP and T&E accruals and aging reports.
