The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain compliance and streamline financial processes.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Supervise and support a small team of accounts payable staff, providing training and guidance as needed.Ensure proper coding of accounts and adherence to company policies and procedures.Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.Utilize accounting software systems, such as ADP and Concur, to manage transactions and maintain records.Monitor accrual accounting practices and ensure compliance with auditing standards.Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.Manage ACH payments and ensure accuracy in automated clearing house transactions.Analyze data and prepare reports related to accounts payable activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
