What you will be doing as the AP Supervisor:
- Supervise 3-4 individuals and interact extensively with other Accounts Payable Representatives located in various field operations as well as outside vendors
- Assist in a fast paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment
- 1099 build, review, correction, filing
- Leases setup, review and update to ASC842 LeaseQuery
- Responsible for processing rent payments
- New vendor setup
- ACH setup and verification – employees and vendors
- Splitting Tronitech imaged batches and invoice processing
- Check run, ACH files including sending and releasing with the bank
- Voids, Garnishments and ACH returns
- Positive pay and uncashed check research
What you will need as the AP Supervisor:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of AP experience.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be valuable.
- JDEdwards, Tronitech or Lease Query exposure is desirable.
- Reliable, self-starter who takes ownership of a process or function with a view to making on-going improvements.
