Accounts Payable SpecialistInCharge Energy is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team on-site in Richmond, VA, reporting to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting transactions and processes, applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). In this role, you will review invoices, match receipts against purchase orders, and process invoices for payment.
You'll also be responsible for weekly vendor payments and daily review/approval of purchasing card and expense report transactions through our third-party platform, Ramp.This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing, mission-driven organization.
