Accounts Payable Specialist
San Jose, CA (onsite)
Pay: 35-40/hr

We are looking for an accounts payable professional for a wonderful new job in San Jose, CA. This would be a temp-to-hire role with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper approval
- Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
