This role is responsible for full-cycle AP processing, supporting month-end close, and driving process improvements across the function.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounts payable for multiple subsidiaries, including 3-way matchingProcess invoices with a focus on accuracy and timely turnaround aligned with close deadlinesPartner with Purchasing to ensure proper coding, approvals, and vendor alignmentMaintain vendor records in accordance with internal policiesSupport intercompany transactions and prepare disbursement batchesAssist with month-end close, including reconciliations and deferred cost reviewContribute to management reporting and ad hoc analysisSupport AP automation initiatives, including bill pay toolsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyAssist with audit requests and provide supporting documentationQualifications3 years of accounts payable experience with 3-way matchingExperience in a manufacturing environmentExposure to multinational operations preferredExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsFamiliarity with AP automation tools is a plusStrong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tablesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsEffective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionallyAssociate degree or higher preferredBy submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
