We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day accounts payable operations, vendor management, and invoice processing. This is a 6-month contract assignment supporting current business needs, with the possibility of future opportunities based on business conditions and performance.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage recurring invoices, vendor statements, and payment inquiries.
- Maintain the Accounts Payable inbox and resolve vendor-related issues.
- Ensure proper approvals and supporting documentation are obtained prior to payment processing.
- Partner with internal departments and vendors to support smooth AP operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP or another large ERP system preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
