Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and account issues
• Assist with check runs, ACH payments, and month-end close activities
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely invoice approvals and payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field required
• 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience working in a retail or luxury retail environment strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; software experience is flexible
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
