Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and executing the Accounts Payable process
- Maintain and improve the functionality of the AP system
- Oversee the company’s AP mail and email inboxes and ensure all invoices are processed in the AP system
- Review invoices against service contracts to ensure accuracy
- Obtain and collect all necessary internal approvals for invoices
- Facilitate payments to vendors via ACH, check, and wire through the company’s bank platform
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within financial services
- Experience xhqgsiq within Microsoft Great Plains accounting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls
- Experience with AP systems and ERP platforms
