This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and wants to grow with a stable, industry-leading organization.If you're looking for a career where your work directly impacts the success of the business, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and review vendor invoices for a multi-site operationMatch purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents while resolving discrepanciesAccurately enter invoices and payment information into the ERP systemMaintain vendor records, W-9s, and account informationManage electronic invoice files and supporting documentationRespond professionally to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account statusVerify proper coding, approvals, and payment accuracyAssist with account reconciliations and month-end support activitiesGenerate reports and assist with accounting projects as assignedSupport the Accounting team with additional administrative and financial dutiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're searching for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.Preferred Skills & ExperienceKnowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principlesExperience with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and record keepingExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP) is a plusQualificationsMinimum 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related financial roleAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredWhy Join In-Place Machining?At IPM, you'll be part of a company known worldwide for innovation, precision, and technical excellence.
