Key Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Manage vendor inquiries and AP communications.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Support payment processing, vendor maintenance, and month-end AP activities.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable experience
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
