Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.Job Duties And Responsibilities:Review all invoices for appropriate documentation, GL coding and approval prior to paymentProcess, batch and input vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and check requestsProcess check runsSetup new vendors and 1099 trackingReconcile customer statements and maintain AP filesPerform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectivesEducation And Experience:Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience preferred, but not requiredHospitality industry experience preferredMulti-property accounts payable experience preferredKnowledge, Skills And Abilities:Basic understanding of general accounting principlesThorough knowledge of accounts payable functionStrong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Ability to work in a fast paced environment with emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.Skill in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word) and software applications.Ability to work well in team-oriented environment.*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
