If spreadsheets, problem-solving, and keeping operations on track sound like your kind of challenge, we'd love to talk.Responsibilities:Review and enter corporate invoices into the Accounts Payable ERP systemManage the vendor master process; ensure proper documentation is providedPerform review of completed expense reports through third party systemAssist divisional Accounts Payable partners as neededProvide responses to vendor requestsReview key performance indicators to ensure goals are metLead Accounts Payable projects as assignedAssist with month end and audit activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred but not required0-3 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Strong analysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailCustomer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end usersStrong written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to prioritizeCompensation & Benefits:In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
