Accounts Payable SpecialistLinde Gas & Equipment Inc.Everett, MA, United States | Work Schedule: 1st ShiftWhat You Will Enjoy DoingYou will manage weekly/monthly/quarterly paymentsProcess Voids, Reversals, and Special Handle ChecksYou will maintain AP Sub-ledgerManage AP outstanding checksManage outstanding creditsAssist Accounting with Escheat review and compilationManage Supply Chain Finance, reconciling bank files dailyYou will enter all invoice upload files timely and accurately into AP systemPull various invoice details from supplier related websites to create and process uploadsManage all aspects of the automated freight process including processing and problem resolvingWork with buyers, field personnel, and suppliers to resolve pricing and receiving discrepanciesBack up support to manual processing including check requests, Purchase Order, and Non Purchase Order related invoicesBack up support to AP Inbound Process support for overflow of Inbound phone callsWhat Makes You GreatHigh School Diploma / GED required - Associates degree or higher preferredYou have 2+ years Accounts Payable experienceYou are detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliableProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; JDE and OBIEE experience a plusYou have strong organizational and time management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and basic accounting principles knowledge including general ledger systems, financial chart of accounts and corporate proceduresYou have the ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timelinessEffective verbal and written communication skillsYou have the ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional mannerWhy You Will Love Working With UsLinde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
