Accounts Payable Specialist

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

ದಲ್ಲಿReview and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
• Process expense reports from employees, identify discrepancies, and escalate appropriately
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
• Maintain 1099s and generate year‑end report

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational,.prev▼ð analytic, and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
