The role involves reconciling invoices, researching and reviewing discrepancies, and performing ad hoc tasks as needed.ResponsibilitiesInitiate payments through multiple ERP systems.Provide customer service related to the payment of invoices.Reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently.Research and review invoice discrepancies.Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.Generate discrepancy reports.Conduct lost discount research and reporting.Perform ad hoc analysis as required.Essential SkillsExperience in invoice processing, accounts payable, data entry, reconciliation, and accounting.At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable (2+ years preferred).Basic Excel skills, with some familiarity with pivot tables.Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.Strong 10-key data entry skills.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bayport, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
