Compensation: Up to $66,000 annually (paid hourly), depending on experience

What You'll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable process across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Apply appropriate coding across multiple business entities
• Process and reconcile check runs conducted twice weekly
• Monitor and take advantage of vendor discount opportunities when available
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related issues

• 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple entities
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor discount terms
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
