Accounts Payable Service Delivery Manager

Leading the Accounts Payable service delivery organization remotely, the full-time Accounts Payable Service Delivery Manager will manage international teams, drive global AP standardization and automation, and enhance stakeholder collaboration across multiple regions. Key responsibilities Oversee the Accounts Payable operations, ensuring compliance and customer-oriented service delivery across Central Europe, Transatlantic, and APAC Standardize and automate AP processes globally, focusing on invoice handling, approval workflows, and month-end close support Build strong relationships with stakeholders to improve P2P collaboration and resolve issues related to invoices and master data Required qualifications Completed degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, or a related field Several years of leadership experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations within an international or matrix organization Strong expertise in AP and P2P processes, including invoice processing and internal controls Practical experience with AP automation solutions and SAP, particularly SAP S/4 Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage
