Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members
• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in the development and maintenance of internal controls and operational procedures
• Assist with issue resolution, vendor communication, and payment-related inquiries
• Prepare reporting and analysis to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams on process improvements and special projects
• Support audit requests and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices across the department

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing accounts payable, accounting operations, or a related finance function
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
