Accounts Payable Manager

Candidates MUST be located in Colorado

We are recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to improve and update our AP function. You will impact a growing, complex environment; strengthen controls; and implement a scalable AP automation solution.

The successful candidate will get into the detail, setting clear expectations, following through on open items, and building processes that enable a timely and accurate close. You will partner closely with Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders across the organization.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience, including 2+ years leading a team or function.
• Demonstrated experience stabilizing, cleaning up, or redesigning an AP process in a growth-stage or complex organization.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AP automation or procure-to-pay software.
• Strong knowledge of AP accounting, three-way match, accruals, vendor management, payment controls, and month-end close.
• Experience with an ERP system required.
• Strong Excel skills and an ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and resolve issues rather than simply report them.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, communicate directly and constructively, and drive work to completion.
• $100K-$110K plus bonus
