Our client, a growing company in the midst of exciting acquisitions and integrations, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join their finance team. This role will focus on accurate cash flow tracking, vendor invoice management, 1099 reporting, and supporting the integration of multiple accounting systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and record vendor invoices; process employee expense reports.
• Track and maintain 1099s; prepare year-end reports.
• Reconcile and validate data during system integrations.
• Help streamline AP processes and ensure policy compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong AP and General Ledger knowledge.
• Experience in organizations involved in acquisitions or integrations.
• Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise a plus).
• Ability to work 5 days on-site in Oak Brook, IL
