Accounts Payable Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Coordinator position in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable position and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing a high volume of incoming invoices
- Researching and resolving discrepancies
- Providing excellent customer service to vendors
- Following up on payment statuses
- Getting required approvals for payments
- Running reports
- All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Previous experience with accounting software such as SAP, Sage, Great Plains, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to handle a high-volume workload
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate of $24.00
