Overview:
Risus is hiring an Account Payable Clerk to support our location in Clearwater, FL. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be directly responsible for the overall operation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable and Payment Functions. This is a full-time, Direct-hire role, and will report to our on-site location in Clearwater Florida.
Job Functions & Responsibilities may Include:
- Summarize and report daily activity.
- Process invoices and purchase orders and reconcile payments
- Day-to-day verification and recording of vendor invoices
- Direct communication with vendors on billing issues, payments, etc.
- Cross-functional communication with various departments
- Assist in preparing reports for month-end Accounting close. xhqgsiq
- Review, code, and post AP Invoices
- File AP Transaction records.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a Manufacturing, Packaging, Distribution, or related industry preferred
