If you enjoy keeping things in order, working with numbers, and collaborating with others in a fast-paced setting, we would love for you to apply with us!Responsibilities:Accurately process invoices and issue timely payments to vendorsCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issuesReconcile statements and research discrepanciesMaintain up-to-date financial records and assist with month-end processesSupport overall accounting functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), QuickBooks, and/or Sage)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of accounting principles (prior AP experience is a must)A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well on a team
