Target Compensation: $27-28 per hour commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process and accurately enter vendor invoices received through the AP inbox
  • Review invoices, obtain appropriate approvals, and prepare payments in a timely manner
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and outstanding documentation
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of accounts payable data
  • Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting activities using Excel and internal accounting systems

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• All experience levels are encouraged to apply
  • Prior administrative, accounting, accounts payable, or data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
