Accounts Payable Associate

Accounts Payable AssociateTREO Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join its team.The Accounts Payable Associate responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, entry of vendor invoices and matching the invoice against purchase orders, time entry and end of the month accounting functions, general clerical and accounting duties, and other duties assigned or requested by Management.The requirements of the position are as follows:Must have some experience in performing accounts payable functions.At least two years of experience in performing general clerical and related duties.Must be proficient in 10-key pad operation.Must have basic computer skills using MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.Must be able to maintain confidentiality.Must be self-motivated, organized and have good communication skills; andOracle software experience a plus.
