Accounts Payable Associate (Fully Remote)

• Receive, review, and code vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
• Enter invoices through Ramp and Sage Intacct, matching to purchase orders.
• Maintain organized AP records and assist with month-end close and audits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 0-2 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and ability to work independently remotely.
