Accounts Payable Analyst

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in San Rafael, CA | 3 days remote

Pay: $35.00–$38.75/hour

Must-Have Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of SAP Ariba experience
  • Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment (5,000+ invoices per month)
  • 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Responsibilities
  • Process and review Accounts Payable transactions.
  • Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate invoice and supplier issues and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Submit and track IT tickets for system-related issues.
  • Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
  • Identify trends, resolve AP exceptions, and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide backup support for the AP Mailbox Coordinator.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is required.
  • Oracle and/or SAP ERP experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Education
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
