Contract-to-Hire | New York City (hybrid — 2 days/week in office)
We are hiring a Accounts Payable Consultant to support the implementation of an invoice automation and OCR solution, stabilize operations post go-live, train team members, and document processes end to end. This role reports to the Manager of North America, Accounts Payable and works cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Source to Pay, and external implementation partners. Contract engagement with opportunity to convert to full-time.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in accounts payable or a similar financial role
- Must have experience working in Global environments
- Experience working with AI-powered Accounts Payable tools, intelligent document processing (IDP), OCR technology, or automated invoice processing solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and workflow automation.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa); familiarity with OCR or invoice automation tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience participating in a system implementation, UAT, or technology rollout
- Strong ability to train others and create clear documentation
- Detail-oriented with experience in multi-currency and multi-country invoice processing
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
