Location: Franklin, MA
Salary: $65,000–$75,000

Accounts Payable Admin Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor invoices, including coding, approvals, reconciliations, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and vendors to investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
  • Monitor invoice workflows, support month-end activities, and identify opportunities to improve AP efficiency.
  • Utilize Sage Intacct and automated invoice management systems to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Admin:
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with construction accounting, Sage Intacct, or AP automation is a plus.
