To support a growing telehealth company, the full-time Accounts Payable Accountant will manage end-to-end accounts payable processing, ensure compliance with GAAP, and oversee month-end close activities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end AP processing in NetSuite and Ramp, ensuring accuracy and compliance Manage month-end close for AP-related accounts, delivering reconciled balances with supporting documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and cross-functional AP inquiries Required qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Ramp; familiarity with Brex is a plus Solid working knowledge of GAAP, GL coding, and month-end close processes Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Ability to manage high invoice volume and competing deadlines independently
