Privately owned family business within the wholesale industry in NY, NY is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to support the accounts payable team. This position will report into the Controller and VP of Finance.
It is an exciting full-time role with a 4 day on-site with a 1 day work from home schedule.
The compensation range is up to 85K with a discretionary bonus and benefits. In addition to offering upward mobility and a collaborative work culture.
The ideal Accounts Payable Accountant holds the following:
- 5+ years of AP experience with 3- way match, cash forecasting, postings, vendor management, expense reports, aging reports, and preparing KPIs.
- Industry: wholesale experience is a must
- Software: currently on QuickBooks and in the next year plan on having an new implementation to MS Dynamics.
- Holds a bachelor's degree is a plus.
