Accounting Training Specialist

To support dealership clients remotely, the full-time Accounting Training Specialist will deliver structured accounting training on the Lightspeed DMS platform, guiding users through financial reporting and reconciliation workflows over a comprehensive 6-week go-live cycle. Key responsibilities Lead pre-calls with dealership accounting staff to assess current processes and set expectations for training Deliver 1:1 accounting training covering essential workflows, including accounts payable and receivable, during the go-live period Serve as the primary resource for real-time accounting questions and ensure consistent communication with the dealer's go-live trainer Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or controller-support roles, preferably in a dealership environment Hands-on experience with dealership DMS, particularly Lightspeed Evolution, and its accounting modules Working knowledge of dealership-specific accounting processes such as flooring and vendor packing slips Ability to manage multiple dealer engagements and schedules in a remote setting Proficiency with virtual meeting and training tools
