Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Accounting Team Lead will manage accrual accounting for loan-related income and expenses, ensure timely financial reporting, and determine accounting treatments for new transactions in accordance with US GAAP. Key Responsibilities Prepare FAS 91 working papers and account for deferred income and expenses Reconcile loan collections with bank activity and oversee related accounting entries Lead a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks Required Qualifications Graduation/Post-Graduation in Accounting or Intermediate Chartered Accountancy (Inter-CA) 5-10 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP Experience in financial reporting and accounting processes Proven experience leading or supervising accounting team members Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time
