The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and financial reporting experience.In This Role, You Will:Manage and execute complex accounting and financial processes, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit coordinationSupervise and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasksEnsure compliance with federal regulations, laws, and organizational policies, including those related to financial reporting, accounting standards, and internal controlsPrepare and distribute financial reports to internal and external parties, including management, board members, and regulatory agenciesMonitor internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practicesOther job duties as assignedWhy work with us?
