If you have accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn modern systems, we can teach you the dealership side.What You’ll DoAs part of our corporate accounting team, you will help support multiple franchised dealerships in a fast-paced but highly collaborative environment.Responsibilities may include:Processing and booking vehicle dealsReconciling bank statements and schedulesReconciling and submitting daily depositsProcessing dealer tradesAssisting with accounts payable and receivable functionsSupporting month-end accounting processesAssisting title and inventory accounting functionsLearning and utilizing modern dealership software systemsHelping improve and streamline accounting processesAssisting the payroll functionWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for adaptable, detail-oriented individuals who are:Comfortable learning new technology and softwareOrganized and dependableStrong problem-solversPositive team playersAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMotivated to grow professionallyExperience We ValueAccounting, bookkeeping, banking, payroll, office administration, or finance experienceAutomotive dealership experience is helpful, but not requiredStrong computer and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with modern software systems is a plusPayroll and/or office manager experience may qualify you for a more senior roleNo college degree required.Why This Position Is DifferentMost accounting jobs feel repetitive and limiting.
