This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a design-forward, high-end retail brand that supports top architects, builders, and design professionals.What You'll Do:Process high-volume (150+/day) full-cycle Accounts Payable (3-way match, GL coding)Handle Accounts Receivable functions and bank reconciliationsManage T&E reimbursements and ensure accurate general ledger postingsSupport monthly closes and contribute to overall accounting operationsCollaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teamsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (highly preferred)3+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR, debits & credits, GL)Intermediate Excel skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work onsite at our Santa Monica location, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (flexible)
