These include daily, monthly or quarterly activities such as but not limited to:Accounts payable and accounts receivable research and supportDaily cash & monthly bank account reconciliationsMonth end & quarter end close activities Journal entry preparation & postingAccount reconciliation & analysisFinancial reporting & analysisGeneral ledger posting and account reconciliationPerform related party inter-company reconciliations, analysis and confirmationsAssist with quarterly review and year-end financial auditTravel and entertainment expense report management and auditingReporting (internal & external)Insurance & tax supportKaizen improvement activitiesOther tasks and duties, as assignedEssential Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably public Accounting firmsCommunicate effectively to Aisin Management MembersUnderstand the concept of consolidation AccountingAbility to understand standard Accounting systemsAbility to understand and be able to perform research on tax related topicsProficiency in MS officeAbility to pay strict attention to details and complete tasks on time.Excellent written and oral language skillsBeneficial Skills and ExperienceOracle Enterprise Business Solution experienceUnderstanding of US GAAP/IFRSEducation/Training/CertificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferredTravel RequirementsNone to a couple of times per yearMust be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.Work Environment RequirementsWith reasonable accommodation:Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment.Must be able to perform job duties onsite and offsite (remotely) as required by the company by having a proper workstation at home.Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory quality.Must be able to operate as an effective team member.Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all company safety policies.Attendance/Work Hour RequirementsMust maintain an acceptable attendance record.Must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
