Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and accounting-related reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Support month-end close activities and ensure financial records are complete and accurate
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal procedures
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries
- Assist with various accounting projects and administrative duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist Role:
- 1+ years of accounting experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
