Accounting Policy & Internal Controls Lead (Hybrid)

Segra seeks a Lead, Accounting Policy & Internal Controls to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Corporate Controller and focuses on overseeing accounting policy, technical accounting, and internal controls, ensuring GAAP compliance and a robust control environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of accounting experience, CPA, ERP familiarity (D365, Workiva, BlackLine) and a collaborative leadership style to guide cross-functional partners.
