Leading the Accounting function, the full-time Head of Accounting Operations will oversee the end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, drive operational excellence through internal controls and performance metrics, and champion automation initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle, ensuring timely processing of invoices and managing vendor relationships Lead accounts receivable operations, developing credit and collections policies to minimize DSO and enhance customer payment experiences Design and implement internal controls and build executive-level dashboards to provide visibility into financial operations and performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations, with at least 3 years in a management or director-level role Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close processes Proven track record in designing and implementing internal controls and process improvements Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
