Accounting Officer (remote)

A well-established manufacturing company in North County San Diego is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to become a key member of its accounting team. Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing * Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices * Process weekly ACH and check payment runs * Reconcile vendor statements, AP aging, and related balance sheet accounts * Verify and reconcile corporate credit card transactions * Track inbound, outbound, and warranty freight expenses * Assist with month-end accounting activities and annual 1099 reporting

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience * Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications *
