Accounting Manager

Leading a high-impact team, the full-time Senior Manager of Accounting will oversee capital forecasting, manage month-end close processes, and ensure financial statement accuracy in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Drive financial statement accuracy by monitoring compliance with accounting policies and delivering timely month-end closes Own capital forecasting and lead monthly business reviews with Senior Finance Leadership to identify risks and opportunities Develop and coach staff on capital transactions, reporting, and reconciliations while managing integration planning for newly acquired resorts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required 6+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with demonstrated team management experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with financial systems such as Planful, nVision, Blackline, and PeopleSoft Financials Strong commitment to coaching and mentorship with excellent interpersonal skills
