Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

• Support cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate external audit requirements and assist with income tax filing preparation.
• Manage sales tax compliance and filings through Avalara while maintaining GAAP-compliant accounting practices.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior experience leading or managing accounting staff.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, along with strong Excel/MS Office skills.
