Role Responsibilities
- Write, review, and validate API prompts for use in accounting and insurance workflows
- Support financial, insurance, or real estate platforms , such as accounting software , claims processing , billing engines , and transaction auditing
- Ensure prompts reflect real-world engineering practices in finance-driven domains, including API-based integrations like Xero, QuickBooks, ACORD standards, or MLS data feeds
- Create and contribute to technical documentation focusing on data flows , integration logic , and technical decisions
- Work independently and asynchronously using provided tools and guidelines
Requirements
- Strong professional experience supporting financial , insurance , or real estate technology platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Finance Technology , Information Systems , or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with accounting automation , claims processing , billing portals , or underwriting tools
- Familiarity with handling structured financial data , configuring secure workflows , and working in compliance-heavy environments
- Ability to write clearly and precisely about data flows, integration logic, and technical decisions
