***This role is 100% on site at their Tacoma (98446) location***
This is for the person who wants to understand the business-walking the plant floor, learning what happens at the cutting table and tempering line, and turning that operational knowledge into financial insight leadership can actually use.
What makes this role different:
This isn't a seat-warming accounting job. You'll own analytical projects, build visibility into margins, and serve as a genuine thought partner to finance leadership. The scope is expected to grow with you.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyzing profitability by product, process, yield, and location
- Spending time on the shop floor to understand inventory practices and workflow
- Building and refining reporting inside ERP systems
- Supporting a multi-entity structure with multiple income statements and real estate holdings
- Running projects independently and communicating findings directly to leadership
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–4 years of public accounting experience
- CPA or active pursuit xzgxqkn a strong plus
- Manufacturing exposure helpful, but not required
- Self-directed, intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity
