Accounting Manager / Senior AccountantWe're a growing professional services & technology equipment company in Charlotte, NC, looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage full-cycle accounting, payroll, and financial reporting while working closely with leadership.If you're proactive, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to make an impact in a small but expanding business, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoFull-Cycle Accounting & Reporting – manage general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end close.Accounts Receivable & Payable – prepare invoices, process payments, manage vendor records, and ensure compliance.Budgeting & Forecasting – support the VP of Finance with budgets, forecasting, and cash flow activities.Procurement & Purchase Orders – assist with purchase order processes and vendor coordination.What We're Looking For3+ years of bookkeeping or full-charge accounting experience (5+ preferred).Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel.Solid knowledge of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.Experience with payroll (ADP preferred but not required).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communicator and team player.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing company where your work has a direct impact.Work in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.Competitive pay and excellent benefits.Clear growth opportunities as the company expands.
