Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager (with active CPA) to lead financial reporting, technical accounting, audit coordination, and internal controls for a growing organization. This role is ideal for a candidate with a public accounting/audit foundation and strong experience in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

Support multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, and revenue recognition.

Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Design and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance initiatives.

Serve as the internal NetSuite expert, supporting system optimization and reporting enhancements.

Conduct financial analysis and provide ad hoc reporting to leadership.

Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required.

5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting, audit, or a blend of public and industry experience.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting.

Experience with multi-entity environments, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit management.

NetSuite, Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
